Rules

1. There will be an Entry Fee of Rs. 20/- per participant.
2. Each participant will get stationery, drawing paper, colours and refreshments.
3. The Prize Distribution Ceremony will be conducted from 2. pm onwards on Saturday 25th November 2017 at Z.P.SchoolBahare, Kendra Amboli, T.- Dahanu
4. Only one teacher from each participating school will remain present for the Prize Distribution Ceremony.
5. Participating students from Phase 1 will not attend the Prize Distribution Ceremony.
6. There will be 3 trophies and 7 consolation prizes in each group. Total prizes will be 40. Each winner will get the Certificate also.
7. Entry will be through schools only and on first cum first basis.
8. Decision of the panel of the judges will be final.
9. All Artwork will be the property of the organizers.
10. Selected Artwork will be displayed.
11. Late comers will not get extra time.
12. All schools must submit the forms to their respective Kendra schools or through online website form only.
13. Last Day of submission of the form Phase 1-15th November 2017 Phase 2 - 20th November 2017.
14. All students must report before 8:00am
